FM GALLERY This gallery is a tribute to artists who have given their time, knowledge, and art to the HipHop community and culture within Australia. It celebrates their talent and dedication to their craft, as well as the lasting impact their contributions have made in both cultural and social spheres. More than artists, these individuals have utilised their skills to advocate for their communities, and have led positive change on a national and global scale.
FM GALLERY is part of the 4ESydney Festival and Conference.
History FM Gallery is named after Fashion Moda, an arts space created by Stefan Eins in the South Bronx from 1972 to 1993. It was one of the first galleries to respond to the interest of the local community, and was instrumental in providing a platform for both downtown artists and the growing HipHop and graffiti movements.
